What to Expect on Moving Day with CMC!

Surprises are fun, but not on moving day. The College Moving Crew wants to eliminate as many surprises as possible, so your moving day can be as smooth and stress-free as possible. If you want to know exactly what to expect on moving day, you can feel free to reach out to us, but most of the information you will need will be contained in the following paragraphs.
Loading
On moving day, you can expect a text from our team leader before your move. He will keep you informed of the team's arrival time. Our movers will do a quick walk-through of your items before loading and put down the necessary protection on flooring and doors. CMC movers will use blankets and wrap on furniture items at no extra cost to you. We always come prepared with the necessary tools for furniture disassembly and the safe transportation of all items.
Unloading
Once the load is complete, our movers will drive to the next location. Unloading typically takes less time than the loading process. We will also reassemble any furniture if you would like and make sure furniture and boxes go where you designate them. If you know where you would like everything to go in your new home beforehand, that will help our team tremendously.
Payment
Our team leader will present you with the bill onsite when the move is complete; he will go over the charges with you and can answer any questions you have at that time.
